We take all complaints very seriously and have a full complaints procedure and policy which is available above. Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher, Jane Husbands via telephone on 01524 792 618 or via email to reception@crookheyhallschool.co.uk
If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher please contact Justine Sims, Regional Director on 01204 522667. An appeals process is included in this policy.
