If a pupil is - or is likely to be - absent, parents are asked to notify the school in order that transport arrangements can be altered. A letter or telephone call explaining a child’s absence must be provided, so that the absence is marked as authorised. It would also be appreciated if holidays could be taken during school holiday time.
